v      There are several facilities that are due for inspection please check your stutus.

v      I have arranged with DIRAX to accept ANSC 7003, Facility Inspection Forms, by E-Mail for review and approval.  This means that if you send me your signed Facility Inspection forms by E-Mail in .PDF format, I will review them and forward them directly to DIRAX. This will save a lot of time and postage expense in the approval procedure. You will in turn receive a hard copy of the approved form by snail mail. This process has cut the approval time in half.

*      I have issued 21 patrol orders to date this year. Please send me your requests for orders for        the month of June now.

Identification of problem areas with potential adverse effects on the Division:

         

v      AGAIN, update your Emergency Beacon with NOAA every two years and send me the new expire date. Also check the battery expire date.
