Welcome to the Potomac Guardian Division!

Division 25 of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary is made up of over 300 Auxiliarists working with the Coast Guard in the National Capitol region to promote boating safety and national security. The division is comprised of 12 flotillas distributed over Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.

On these pages you will find information about safe boating and how to make yourself, your family, and your boat safe on the water. The Auxiliary offers boating safety classes and vessel safety checks to prepare you for your time on the water. We also offer links here to information of use to mariners.
